Terms & Conditions of Service
Effective Date: November 2026 | Last Updated: November 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the TAPROX platform, purchasing physical NFC smart cards, or registering as a business seller, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all associated policies incorporated by reference. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform or hardware.
2. Seller Onboarding & Moderation Governance
To ensure brand integrity and safeguard consumer trust, seller registrations undergo administrative review. TAPROX reserves the unequivocal right to approve, pause, or suspend any business profile that engages in misrepresentation, intellectual property infringement, illicit trade, or deceptive marketing practices.
3. Physical NFC Hardware & Permanent Redirection
Each physical TAPROX smart card contains an NXP NTAG216 chip encoded with a permanent cryptographic route. Sellers may update their destination profile, catalog offerings, contact coordinates, and portfolio at any time via the Seller Dashboard without altering the physical NFC chip or dynamic QR laser etching.
4. Strict No Return & No Refund Policy
As outlined in our No Return & No Refund Policy, all purchases of physical NFC smart cards and seller lifetime platform activations are custom manufactured and digitally provisioned. Consequently, all transactions are final, non-returnable, and non-refundable. Verified transit damages or manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours of delivery are eligible solely for identical physical hardware replacement.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Sellers retain full intellectual property ownership over their business names, logos, product photographs, and descriptive copy uploaded to their digital profile. TAPROX Technologies retains all proprietary rights, trademarks, patents, software code, and hardware engineering designs associated with the TAPROX ecosystem.
6. DPDP Act Compliance & Data Erasure
User data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy & DPDP Compliance. In line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, sellers may exercise their statutory Right to Erasure at any time directly through the Seller Dashboard settings.
